Options Win Best Employee Development Programme (SME) at The Irish News Workplace and Employment Awards

The awards, which returned to Titanic Belfast for a black-tie ceremony on 30th June following a two-year hiatus, reward exceptional companies and organisations by recognising excellence in the workplace.

Options received the Best Employee Development Programme (SME) award, which is presented to the organisation that ensures employees are constantly learning and growing in their roles through the prioritisation of skill development and embedding of learning as a cultural pillar within the company.

Over the past 14 years, the Irish News Workplace and Employment Awards have become a staple in the Northern Ireland Awards calendar as one of the country’s most prestigious business awards initiatives.
