Options Announces SOC Compliance for 9th Consecutive Year
Options Raises the Bar for Secure Cloud Services – Achieves SOC1, SOC2 and SOC3 Compliance
New York / London ― 12 February, 2020 ― Options, the leading provider of cloud-enabled managed services to the global capital markets, has today announced compliance with American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) SOC1, SOC2 & SOC3 standards.
In 2011, Options became one of the first cloud infrastructure providers in the industry to achieve SOC 2 Type II compliance and has continued to meet the latest AICPA’s standards ever since. Audit compliance attests that the Options Managed Platform continues to meet the highest levels of information security, data availability and privacy.
Options CSO, John Gracey commented, “In a world where each day brings an abundance of increasingly dangerous and sophisticated threats, it’s absolutely crucial clients can have confidence in their service providers. At Options we undertake internationally recognised examinations, such as SOC1, SOC2 and SOC3 as well as ISO27001, to provide that confidence and ensure that the requisite controls are in place to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of their data. We are pleased that the reports have once again provided Options with a clean bill of health. Our 100% compliance rate, year on year, validates the effectiveness of our information security controls and business delivery teams, as well as the benefits of continued security investment throughout our organization.”
The examination was conducted by independent and fully accredited auditors over a period of several weeks in November 2019 who inspected operations and services delivered during the full 12 preceding months.
